I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor, and Art Therapist located in Loveland, Colorado. Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to Colorado in 2007 and love it here! I received my Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder.

Over the years I have worked in a number of settings, including community mental health, hospice, a day program for adults with developmental disabilities, and as a caregiver for elders.  This has allowed me the privilege of serving a diverse population and I have learned that people are amazing and resilient. I feel passionate about my profession and in awe at the strength of the human spirit. I am authentic, non-judgmental, and have a good sense of humor.

I believe in practicing the skills I help clients with in my own personal life. I am an artist who loves nature, animals, and my family. In my spare time I enjoy making art, hiking, connecting with friends, and I’m a passionate and dedicated student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
